A working knowledge of PSP is assumed.

NOTE: This tutorial is written for the supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need to change some settings.
IPL = In Palette Layers
LET'S BEGIN
In PSP, open a new image size 700 x 700. (You can resize later if you wish.) Flood fill with white.
Paste, as a new layer, paper 1. Apply Mask26. Settings: Source luminance. Fit to layer. Hide all mask.
Layers - Merge group. Set opacity to to 80%.
Paste, as a new layer, frame 1. Rotate right at 90 degrees. Increase size to 150. IPL, right click the frame and duplicate. Now merge the duplicate down to original.
If you want to change the color a little as I did, click on the Change to Target brush. Place this color, 8b0208, in your foreground color palette. Set the opacity to 10 and run your brush over the frame. If you like it, good. Otherwise, undo and try a different opacity setting or even a different color.
Use your magic wand and click inside the frame. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - by 4. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with black. Selections - Modify - Contract - by 12. Click Delete. Select None. IPL, move the black layer below the frame layer. Right click the frame layer and merge down to the black.
Paste, as a new layer, your close up tube. I resized mine down to 75 %. Mirror. Center in the frame as you like. Use your rectangle selection tool to trace around the black edge of the frame. Selections - Invert. Click on the tube and delete. Select None. Reduce the opacity of the tube to 42.
Give the frame a drop shadow. H & V = 3. Opacity = 74. Blur = 10. Color is black.
Paste, as a new layer, bench 2. Increase size to 105. Add a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 100. Blur = 6. Color is black.Move bench to bottom center of mask. (see my tag)
Paste, as a new layer, your main tube. I resized mine down to 50 % and then again down to 50%. Place tube sitting on the bench, to the right side. Give tube a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 74. Blur = 4. Color is black.
Paste, as a new layer, flower vase 2. Resize down to 65%. Add a drop shadow. Same as you last used. Set vase to the left side of the bench.
Paste, as a new layer, the leaf vine. Flip. Move behind the frame layer and position under the bench seat. Give same shadow last used.
Paste, as a new layer, the heart button. Give it a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 100. Blur = 4. Position at the upper left of frame.
Paste, as a new layer, lantern 2. Resize down to 55%. IPL, right click and duplicate, then merge down together. Add a drop shadow. Same as for the heart. Position over the button. Erase the top handle of the lantern to give the effect it is looped through the button holes. (see my tag)
Paste, as a new layer, butterfly 2. Resize down to 75%. Rotate slightly. Duplicate and mirror. Place the butterflies to the right side of the frame. (see my tag)
Add your copyright and merge all layers. Resize if you want.
Add your name and save.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it easy to follow.
