NOTE: This tutorial is written for the tube and supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need to adjust some settings.

Let's Begin

In PSP, open a new image, size 600 x 600 and flood fill with white.

Paste, as a new layer, the rose. Rotate left by 30 degrees. In palette layers, right click the rose layer and duplicate. Hide the duplicate layer.

Click on the original rose. Go to Adjust - Blur - Radical Blur. Settings: Blur Type = Twirl. Blur Strength = 50. Twirl degree = 90. Check Elliptical. Center settings = all are 0.

Apply the mask dmsk0670. Select Source luninance - Fit to canvas, and Hide all mask.
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Use your Raster Deform tool to stretch out the image from the sides and top.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise, set at Gaussian - Monochrome - 10.

Unhide the duplicate rose. Resize down to 85%. Move it slightly off center to the left. (see my tag) Add a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 50. Blur = 10. Color is black.
***
Paste, as a new layer, your tube. Resize down to 80%. Place to the lower right of the rose. (see my tag) Effects - PlugIns - Xero - Porcelian. Settings: Softness = 50. Strength = 128. Brightness = 128.
Red channel = 128. Green channel = 0. Blue channel = 255.

Optional. Paste the rose as a new layer. Resize down to about 10%. Erase the leaves. Put the rose over the flower in the girls hand.
***
Paste, as a new layer, the butterfly. Resize down to 80%. Give it a drop shadow and place to the lower left of the rose. (see my tag)
Paste, as a new layer, the glass ball. Move it to the right side of your tube. (see my tag).

If you are not going to animate, merge all layers, add your copyrights and name. Save

For the name I used RoyalClassicBoldPlus Beta, size 60. Kerning set to 15. Foreground color blank. Background color is  210814. Place at the upper right of tag. Add a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 100. Blur = 0. Color is af9eb1. Apply a second shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 75. Blur = 6. Color is black.

Glitter Animation

Open animation shop. From your browser open the glitter from my supplies. There should be three frames. Right click the first frame, copy. Paste in PSP as a new image. Repeat for the 2nd and 3rd frames. In PSP, move these three frames someplace out of your way.

Back to your tag.
In Palette layers hide the tiny rose, the glass ball, butterfly and your tube.

Click on the rose. Use your pen tool. Settings:  I use the 'Draw Lines and Polylines' mode, but you may prefer the Free hand. Check Create on Vector. Line style is Solid, Width 1.
Foreground color palette is black. Background is closed. What you want to do now is trace around the tips of the rose petels.

When you've finished with the tracing go to Layers - Convert to Raster Layer. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Type Shift and D  to duplicate your tag. Repeat. You want three tags altogether.
Click on the first tag. In your foreground color palette under the pattern tab, click the first of the glitter images.
Fill your line tracing with the glitter. Select none. In Paletter Layers, delete the original line layer. Unhide all layers and merge visible. Right click and copy. Move this tag out of the way.(or delete it)
Paste your tag as a new animation in animation shop.

Back in PSP click on the second tag. In the foreground pattern, click on the second glitter image. Repeat the steps from the first tag.
Copy this tag and take to animation shop, right click the tag there and paste after currant layer.
Repeat all these steps for the third tag. Be sure to change the pattern in the foreground to the third glitter image.
In animation shop, go up to View - animation. If you are happy with your tag save it as a mng file.

***
To add a name to your tag. After making it in PSP, paste it in animation shop as a new animation. On your upper tool bar, or in the Edit file, click propagate paste.
Click you name and type Ctrl  a   Ctrl  c. Click on your tag and type Ctrl  a   Ctrl e. Move your name to the upper right of your tag.
Save as a gif file.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it easy to follow.
