A working knowledge of PSP is assumed.

Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful work of Trinita,
which I purchased a license to use from PFD.

NOTE: This tutorial is written for the supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need to adjust some settings.
IPL = In Palette Layers
Let's Begin
In PSP, open a new image size 600 x 600 and flood fill with white. New Raster Layer. Fill new layer with this color, 94aebd. Apply WSL_mask146. [Source luminance, fit to layer, hide all mask]. Layers - Merge group. Increase size to 115%.
Paste, as a new layer, the snowflake frame template. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Copy the winter trees paper and paste into selection. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 1. New Raster layer. Fill with this color, 101a1e. Select None. IPL, move the dark layer below the trees layer. Delete the template layer. Give the dark layer this drop shadow. H & V = 0. Opacity = 100. Blur = 10. Color 29343c.
Click on the trees layer. Adjust - Add noise. Gaussian - Monochrome - 40%.
Click inside of the dark snowflake circle. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 4. Paste, as a new layer, the trees paper. Selections - invert. Delete. Move the trees layer below the dark snowflake layer.
Open your preset shape, Ellipse tool - circle. Solid line, width = 5. Foreground color is black and background is closed.
Draw out a large circle in the the center of the frame. Objects - Align - Center of canvas. Set the Radius X and Radius Y to 195. Layers - Convert to raster layer. Move this layer to the top of your layers.
Select All. Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. In your foreground color palette click the gradient tab. Select metallic silver. (My psp came with this gradient. I'm hoping yours does too.) Set Angle to 36. Repeats at 0. Fill the new raster layer. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 1. New Raster layer. Fill with this color, 101a1e. Select none. IPL, delete the original circle. Move the dark circle below the silver. Give it the same drop shadow last used, except change the H & V to 2. Click on the silver layer and give it the same noise last used.
Paste, as a new layer, the pearl. Give it a drop shadow. H & V = 0. Opacity = 50. Blur = 4. Color 29343c. Duplicate 7 times. You want 8 total. Place one at each of the large snowflakes on the frame. (see my tag)
Paste, as a new layer, your tube. I resized mine down to 65%. Duplicate. Move the original tube layer below the the dark snowflake layer. Give it a drop shadow. H & V = 0. Opacity = 50, Blur = 4. Color is 29343c. Click the magic wand inside the circle of the dark snowflake. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 4. Selections - Invert. Click on the original tube and delete.
Now click on the duplicate tube. Use your lasso selection tool to trace out the elbow and the top half of the head. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select None.
Open your text box. Font is WinterFlakes size 72 Bold. Stroke width = 1. Kerning = 0. Foreground color is fdfdfd, background color is 4f7283. Type out WINTER, all caps. Apply drop shadow. H & V = 0. Opacity = 100. Blur = 6. Repeat shadow.
Now's as good a time as any to add your copyright.
Click on the trees circle and copy. Paste, in Animation shop as a new animation. Open in animation shop the snowflake circle. The snowflake circle has 10 frames so you need to right click and duplicate the tree circle to match the same amount of frames. Click on the snow circle and type Ctrl a then Ctrl c. Click on the tree circle and type Ctrl a then Ctral e. Place the snow circle carefully inside the tree circle.
Back in PSP, IPL, right click the tree circle and merge down to the mask layer. Now right click again and merge down to the white background layer. Copy, and paste in animation shop, as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 10 frames. Click on the trees with the snow. Ctrl a then Ctrl c. Click on the tree circle with the mask and white bg. Ctrl a then Ctrl e. Carefully line up the two tree circles.
In PSP. IPL, hide the merged layer of the tree circle, mask and white bg. Right click any other layer and merge visible. Copy and paste into animation shop as a new animation.
In animation shop, go to your upper tool bar, or in Edit and click on propagate paste. Now, click on your main tag and type Ctrl a then Ctrl c. Click on the snow tag and type Ctrl a then Ctrl e. Very carefully center your tag to match up with the bottom section.
Go up to View. Animation. If you are happy with the results, save as an mng file.
To add a name, after making it in psp, paste as a new animation. Make sure the propagate paste is still selected. Click on the name and type Ctrl a then Ctrl c. Click on your tag and type Ctrl a then Ctrl e. Save as a gif. file.
For the name, open text box and keep the same colors used for Winter, only switch them. Font is Sofia size 40 Bold. Apply drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 100. Blur = 6. Color is 29343c.
