A working knowledge of PSP is assumed.
I used PSP9, but all versions should work for this tut.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube of choice. (a close up works best)
I am using the beautiful work of Jennifer Jansko, which can be found at CDO.

Rn fade mask HERE
NOTE: This tutorial is written for the supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need to change some settings.
IPL = In Palette Layers
Reminder: Delete the template layer once you've used it. Unless stated otherwish.
LET'S BEGIN
Open template 46 in PSP. Duplicate and then delete original template. IPL, delete the credit layer.
Open my supplies and your tube in PSP.
I like to start at the bottom and work up.
Click on the mask layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, 7f9105. Select none. Reduce opacity to 50%. Delete original mask layer.
Click on the square layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. From your foreground color palette, click the pattern tab and select the brown paper from my supplies. Fill the new layer with the brown paper. Select None. Add a drop shadow. H&V = 1 - Opacity = 100 - Blur = 6. Color black.
Repeat these steps for the rectangle layer. This time use the orange paper from my supplies.
Open a new image, size 700 x 700. Paste, as a new layer, your template. Move the template to the bottom, center of the image. Apply the rn fade mask. Layers - Merge Group.
Now go to PlugIns MaRu Meiser - Copies. Settings: From the left drop down, select Wallpaper(perspective). Click ok. Now, Go back to MaRu Meiser - Copies. Click ok. Your image should now be filled with the tube collage. If not, repeat the filter once more.
Right click and copy.
Back to your tag. Click on the heart layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. Paste, as a new layer, the wallpaper you just made. Keep the face in the center of the heart. Selections - Invert. Delete.
Now, paste, as a new layer, your tube. Increase the size to 110. Center the face over the paper's face. Click delete. Select None. IPL, right click the tube layer and merge down to the wallpaper layer. Give the wall paper layer the same drop shadow last used.
Click on the square trim layer. Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1. Fill with black. Modify - Contract - by 1. Fill with the rust glitter. Select none. Add same drop shadow. (No need to delete the template here.)
Repeat these steps for the rectangle trim layer.
Click on the heart trim layer. Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1. Fill with black. Modify - Contract - by 1. New Raster Layer. Fill with the rust glitter. Select none. Give the black layer the same drop shadow we've been using.
Paste, as a new layer, the fall pin. Place it to the upper right of your tag. (see my tag) Erase a portion of the top bar of the pin to give the appearance of sticking through the tag.
Paste, as a new layer, the spray. Move it to the lower right of tag. Rotate slightly to the right. (see my tag) Give it the same drop shadow we've been using.
Paste, as a new layer, the flower. Move it over the spray and give it a drop shadow.
Add copyright.
If you are not going to animate, add a name, merge all layers. Save.
ANIMATION
Do not merge all layers.
Click on the heart trim glitter layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. Go to Effects - PlugIns - Xenofex - Constellation. Settings: Star Size = 3. Size Variation = 100. Edge Star Density = 1. Overall Star Density = 0. Overdrive = 100. Twinkle Amount = 20. Twinkle Rotation = 45. Check - Keep original image.
Select None.
Right click your tag and copy merge.
Paste your tag, as a new animation, in Animation shop.
Back in psp, go up to Edit - Undo Select None. Undo Constellation.
Go to Constellation and click Random Seed. Select None. Right click your tag and copy merge.
In animation shop, right click your tag and paste after current layer.
Again, back in psp, Edit - undo select none. Undo constellation. Go to Constellation and click random seed. Select None. Right click your tag and copy merge.
In animation shop, right click the last frame and paste after current frame.
Repeat these steps until you have 5 frames total.
In animation shop, go up to View - Animation. Are you happy with the results? Save as a mng file.
To add the name, after making it in psp, copy then paste in animation shop as a new animation. Go up to the tool bar and click propagate paste. You can also find it in the Edit file.
Click on the name and type Ctrl a Ctrl c . Now click the first frame of your tag and type Ctrl a Ctrl e. Place the name at the lower left of your tag.
This time save as a gif.
Right click and copy.
Back to your tag. Click on the heart layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. Paste, as a new layer, the wallpaper you just made. Keep the face in the center of the heart. Selections - Invert. Delete.
Now, paste, as a new layer, your tube. Increase the size to 110. Center the face over the paper's face. Click delete. Select None. IPL, right click the tube layer and merge down to the wallpaper layer. Give the wall paper layer the same drop shadow last used.
Click on the square trim layer. Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1. Fill with black. Modify - Contract - by 1. Fill with the rust glitter. Select none. Add same drop shadow. (No need to delete the template here.)
Repeat these steps for the rectangle trim layer.
Click on the heart trim layer. Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1. Fill with black. Modify - Contract - by 1. New Raster Layer. Fill with the rust glitter. Select none. Give the black layer the same drop shadow we've been using.
