LET'S BEGIN

Open supplies in PSP.
Open a new image size 700 x 700. Flood fill with white.

Paste, as a new layer, the black paper1.  Apply the mask, bp_mergedround. Standard settings. Increase the mask to 105. Change the blend mode to 80.

Paste, as a new layer, the frame with lights. Keep it centered. Give it a drop shadow. H & V = 0. Opacity = 100. Blur = 10. Color is black.
Paste, as a new layer, the red curtain. IPL, move the red curtain layer below the frame layer.
With your magic wand, click inside the frame. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 4 - Invert. Delete.
Paste, as a new layer, your tube. Center in the frame. Resize to your liking. (I left mine the original size). Delete. Select None. Give the tube a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 50. Blur = 6. Color is black. IPL, move the tube layer below the frame layer.

Paste, as a new layer, the red rope. Resize down to 80. Paste at start of red carpet. (see my tag). Give shadow last used.
Paste, as a new layer, the award statue. Duplicate. Place one on each side of the frame. (see my tag). Give same drop shadow.
Paste, as a new layer, the gold stars. Resize down to 80. Move to the upper right of frame. (see my tag). Add drop shadow.
Paste, as a new layer, the reel of film. Resize down to 80. Rotate left by 20 degrees. Place to the upper left of frame. (see my tag). IPL, Move reel layer below the red curtain layer. Give same shadow.
Paste, as a new layer, the filmstrip. Rotate right 10 degrees. Place to the lower right of frame. IPL, move film layer slightly below the frame layer. Add shadow.
Paste, as a new layer, the Hollywood Star. I add the name, but that's your choice. Resize down to 60 and rotate left 20 degrees.  Place to the center left of frame. Add drop shadow. IPL, move star layer below red curtain layer.
Paste, as a new layer, the light. Resize down to 60. Add shadow. IPL, move light layer below the film layer. Place the light to the right of film. (see my tag).

If you are not going to animate, add copyright and name. Merge all layers. Save.
