A working knowledge of psp is assumed.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube of choice. I am using the tube called 'Flower', from VeryManyTubes.

PlugIn filter, MaRue's Meister - Copies (Try HERE)
AlienSkin Xenofez2 - Constellation (Try HERE)
NOTE: This tutorial is written for the materials I used. If you are using something different you may need to adjust some settings.
IPL = In Palette Layers
LET'S BEGIN
Open a new image is psp, size 700 x 700. Fill with white.
(If you are not using the same tube as I am, and your tube has no flowers, you may want to find a floral bg paper of your own.)
Using your selection lasso tool, trace out the flowers from the close up's hair. Right click and copy.
Paste as a new layer into your new image. Keep it centered. Go to Effects - PlugIns - MaRue's Meister - Copies. Settings: From the drop down box, select Wall Paper Rotate. Set the number to 24. The rest of the settings leave as default. IPL, right click the wall paper and duplicate, mirror the duplicate. Shift the two layers around so that in the end you have no holes. Now Right click the duplicate and merge down to original.
Apply the LynxMask3. Check fit to canvas. Layers - Merge - Merge Group. Apply the mask a second time. IPL, right click and duplicate. Change the duplicate's opacity to 50. IPL, Right click and merge down to original.
Paste, as a new layer, your full size tube. You only want the top half of body in the frame. Move to the center of canvas, with waist at the bottom of frame. Apply the mask dmsk0670. Check fit to canvas. Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Move the mask tube to the lower right corner. Do not let the mask edges go out of the frame. Now, apply the mask again. Layers - Merge group. Move the tube to the center and very slightly to the right. (see my tag) Resize down to 95%.
Paste, as a new layer, the side view butterfly from my supplies. Resize down to 50%. Place to the lower left shoulder of the tube. (see my tag)
Paste, as a new layer, the corner swirly. Place it to the left of your tube. Add a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 60. Blur = 2. Color is 94913e.
Paste, as a new layer, the butterfly2. Resize down to 50%. Add same drop shadow. Place at the top and to the left of the corner swirly. (see my tag)
Paste, as a new layer, the heart pendant. Increase size up to 150. IPL, right click and duplicate. Right click and merge down to original. Apply shadow, same as for swirly. Move it to the center curl loop of the swirly. (see my tag) Paste, as a new layer, the bow. Resize down to 50%. Same shadow. Place bow at tip of pendant chain link.
Paste, as a new layer, the pearl. Resize down to 75%. Give same shadow. IPL, duplicate two times. Place the pearls side by side, inside the large loop along the bottom of the corner swirly. (see my tag)
Paste, as a new layer, the side view butterfly from my supplies. Resize down to 50%. Place to the lower left shoulder of the tube. (see my tag)

If you are not going to animate, add name. Merge visible and save.

After adding the copyright go ahead and merge all layers.

Star size = 8. Size variation = 55. Edge star density = 2. Overall star density = 0. Overdrive = 100. Twinkle Amount = 30.
If you are not going to animate, add name. Merge visible and save.
ANIMATION
After adding the copyright go ahead and merge all layers.

In animation shop right click that already there and paste after current layer.
Repeat these steps until you have 4 or 5 frames.
Go to Edit - Select all. Animation - Frame Properties. Change setting to 13.
Go to View - Animation. If you are happy with your tag save as a mng file.
{You may want to play around with the constellation settings and the number of frames, to see what you prefer.}
To add a name, to animation. After making the name in psp. Paste in animation shop as a new animation. Go up to the tool bar, or click the edit tab and select the propagate paste.
Click on your name and type Ctrl a Ctrl c . Right click the first frame of your tag and type Ctrl a Ctrl e. Place name at the end of the corner swirl at the lower right of tag. (see my tag)
