My Supplies

NOTE: This tutorial is written for the supplies I used. If you are using something different you may need to adjust some settings.

IPL = In Palette Layers

LET'S BEGIN

Open frame in psp. Type Shift d to duplicate. Delete the original frame.
IPL, delete the credit and the shadow layers.

Click on the white background layer. Add New Raster Layer. Fill with a color from your tube or the frame. I used b9736a. Go to Adjust - Add/Remove Noise. Add Noise. Check Gaussian, and  monochrom. Set noise to 20.
Go to layers, Load/Save Mask. Load mask. Select the rnd_fade. Check Source Luminance. Check Fit to Layer. Check Hide all Mask. You also may need to check invert transparency. Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Click the inside of the frame. Select All - Modify - Expand - by 4.
Paste, as a new layer, your tube. Center the tube into the frame as you like it. Increase or decrease the size of your tube if you need to. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select None. IPL, right click the tube and duplicate.

Click on the frame fill layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with a color from your tube or the frame. I used cbb88b. Go up to Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add noise. Settings: Select Gaussian and Monochrome. Noise is set to 20. Delete original frame fill layer.

Go back to your tube. Click on the bottom tube layer. Change the Blend Mode to Luminance Legacy. Give this a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 25. Blur = 4. Color is 6d431c.
Click on the top tube layer and change it's opacity to 70%.
Click on the bottom tube layer again. Go to Effects - PlugIns - EyeCandy5 - Perspective Shadow. From the drop down select Wide Perspective in Back.
We don't want the shadow coming out from behind the frame, so use your square selection tool and trace around the frame edge. Selections - Invert.  Click the tube layer and Delete. There, that should take care of that. lol (I hope)

Give the frame this drop shadow. H & V = 0. Opacity = 75. Blur = 10. Color is black.
IPL, hide the white background layer and the bg trim layer. Right click on the frame layer and merge visible. Give the frame another drop shadow. H & V = 10. Opacity = 45. Blur = 10. Color is black. Unhide the hidden layers.

Give the bg trim a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 45. Blur = 4. Color is black. Apply the same mask with same settings that you used before, except change the fit to layer to fit to canvas. Layers - Merge - Merge Group. Repeat apply mask.  IPL, right click the bg trim layer and merge down to the mask layer. Now apply the same mask with same settings that you used at the beginning.

Add some elements. If you are using mine from my supplies, the sizes do not need changing unless you just want to. You can see my tag for placements. Flower at the lower left of frame over the circle shape. Paste the swirly behind the frame layer on the left side. Bow to the upper right. chain links below the bow layer. Have the key and tag appear to be linked to the chains. Give each element a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 75. Blur = 4. Color is black.

Add copyright and a name. Merge all layers, Save.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it easy to follow.
