SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Sybile Art which I found at CDO.

My Supplies

Font used is Park Avenue

NOTE: This tutorial is written for the supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need to adjust some settings.

IPL = In Palette Layers

Reminder: Be sure to delete the template layer once you've filled it, Unless otherwise stated.

LET'S BEGIN

Open template and supplies in psp.

Duplicate the template and delete original. IPL, delete the credit layer and the shadow layers.

Click on the bg square. Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Contract - by 2. New Raster Layer. Fill layer with green paper. Select None. Keep the bg square template intact. Give it a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 50. Blur = 10. Color is black.

Click on the V rectangle. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. In your color palette click the pattern tab. Select the flower paper. Set scale to 75. Fill the V rectangle. New Raster Layer. Selection - Modify - Expand - by 2. Fill with black. Select None. IPL, move the black layer below the flower one. Give black layer same drop shadow last used.

IPL, right click the zigzag layer and duplicate. Right click the duplicate and merge down to original. Give zigzag a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 100. Blur = 6. Color is black.

Click on the H rectangle. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with the flower paper. Keep settings the same as used for the V rectangle.

Time to make a gradient color. Use two shades of the same color from your tube. In your foreground color palette I used this color, f324a6. In the background color palette I used, a31351.
In foreground click the gradient tab. Settings: Style = Linear. Angle = 45. Repeats = 3.

Click the duo strips. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with gradient color. Select None. Give same drop shadow used for zigzag.

Repeat these steps for the scallop strip.

New Gradient color. Foreground color is f4f6f9, and background color is adb5eb. In foreground color click the gradient tab. Use the same settings you used for the pink color.

Click on the strip layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with the new gradient color. Go to Adjust - Add/Remove Noise. Set to 5. Check Caussian and monochrome. Drop shadow. Select None. Give drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 100. Blur = 6. Color is black.
Repeat these steps for the Circle layer. Also repeat for the frame bg 1. Leave off the drop shadow.

As for the black stripe, I left it as is and gave it a drop shadow.

Click on the frame bg 2 layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. Paste, as a new layer, the black paper. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select none. Add drop shadow.

Click on the frame fill layer. Paste, as a new layer, the green paper. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select none. IPL,  right click the green paper layer and duplicate. Change the duplicate layer's Blend mode to Screen. Reduce the opacity to 50%. Right click and merge down to original.

Click on the frame layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with black. Give a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 100. Blur = 6. color is black.

Click on the green paper frame fill layer. Paste, as a new layer, your tube. Rotate  tube to the right, 5 degrees. Center it in the frame to your liking.  IPL, right click the tube and duplicate. Move the duplicate tube layer up above the frame layer. Now close it out for a minute.
Click again on the green paper fill layer. Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert. Click your tube and delete. This should have removed part of the image you don't want in the frame. Select None. Give tube a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 50. Blur = 2. Color is black.
Unhide the duplicate tube. Use your lasso, or selection tool and trace out around the head. Be sure to include the flowers and butterflies. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select none.

Paste, as a new layer, the swirly from my supplies. Place it to the lower right of tag. Give it a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 100. Blur = 4. Color is black.

Paste, as a new layer, the black bow. Place at the  upper left edge of the circle. Rotate slightly to the left. Give drop shadow. Same as last used. Paste, as a new layer, the heart shape. Place it just below the bow. IPL, move layer below bow layer. Give drop shadow.

Paste, as a new layer, each of the flowers. Rotate and resize to your liking. Place the flowers along the lower center and left of your tag. (see my tag) Give each a drop shadow.

I copied some of the butterflies, leaves and flowers to put randomly on my tag.

Once you have all you want added to your tag, including copyright and a name, Merge all layers. Save.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it easy to follow.
