Supplies Needed
One to three tubes from same artist.
I am using the art of Suzanne Woolcott,
unfortunately I believe her store no longer sells tubes.

IPL = In Palette Layers
Let's Begin
Open template in PSP. Duplicate and delete original. IPL, delete credit layer and all shadow layers. (Unless you want to keep them.)
Ok, we'll start at the bottom and work our way up. lol
Click on the circle layer. Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1. New Raster Layer. Fill with black. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 4. New Raster layer. In your Foreground material palette, click the pattern tab and select the checkerboard pattern. (My psp came with this, and I'm hoping yours did too.) Set scale to 50. Fill the new layer with the checkers. Select None. IPL, move the circle layer above the black layer and put the checker below the black layer. (You'll notice I chose not to change the circle color, you may want to. It's your call.) Give the checker layer a drop shadow.
IPL, click on the top rectangle layer and merge it down with the bottom rectangle. Again, I chose not to change the color, but you may want to. Go to Effects - Textures - Blinds. Settings: Width = 4. Opacity = 50. Color is f18519. Check horizontal. Add a drop shadow.
Click on strip 2b. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. This time in your pattern tab locate the grafic 05 pattern. This should be a black and white stripe pattern. Keep scale at 50. Fill the New Raster Layer. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 1. New Raster Layer. Fill with black. Select none. IPL, delete the original strip 2b. Move the black layer below the stripe. Give the black layer a drop shadow. Click on the stripe and go to Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel. Settings: Bevel #2. Width = 12. Smoothness = 5. Depth = 2. Ambiance = -5. Shininess = 0. IPL, Click on the stripe layer and merge down with the black layer. Right click and duplicate.
On your tag, move the duplicate strip 2b up to 2a is. Place it on top of 2a. IPL, delete layer 2a.
Make your material background color black. IPL, click on strip 1a and merge it down with 1b. I did not change the color. Duplicate. Click on the duplicate. Effects - Plug Ins - Trimages - Cirquelate. Set to 14. Reduce the opacity to 50. Give original layer a drop shadow.
Click on the center rectangle. Select All. Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with a paper or color of choice. Select None. Add a drop shadow. Delete original rectangle layer.
I left the two dash lines black and gave them a drop shadow.
These steps are for all three leaves and the three frame fill layers. Click on a fill layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with a paper or a color of choice. Select None. Delete original fill. Click on a leaf. I left mine black and gave it a drop shadow. Repeat for other two leaves, and for the frame fill layers.
These steps are for all three frames. I chose to keep them white. Click on a frame. Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1. New Raster Layer. Fill with black. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 2. New Raster layer. Fill with the checker pattern, only make the scale at 25. Select None. IPL, move frame layer above the black layer and move the checker below the black. Click on the checker layer. Use your rectangle selection tool and outline the white frame. Selections - Invert. Delete. If I told you right, the outer layer of the checkers should be gone. Give the checkers a drop shadow.
Click on the frame. Apply the same Inner Bevel affect that you used for the two strip 2a and b. Only set the Depth to 3. Repeat for the other two frames.
Click on the rectangle frame. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 4. Paste, as a new layer, your tube of choice. Resize to your liking. Selections - Invert. Delete. IPL, right click and duplicate twice. You want three total. Click on the bottom tube. Give it a drop shadow. Click on the middle tube. Effects - Xero - Soft Mood, default settings. Change blend mode to soft light. Reduce opacity to 50. Make the material palette background color white. Click on the top tube. Apply the Trimages, Cirquelate filter. Still set to 14. Change the blend mode to Overlay.
Go to Layers - View - View None. IPL, un-hide the rectangle frame layer, the stripe and black layers, and all three tube layers, and the frame fill layer. Right click the frame and merge visible. Add a drop shadow. Layers - View - View All.
Repeat these steps for the other two frame. I used a different tube for each frame, but you don't have to.
Click on the Autumn text white background. Give it a drop shadow. I kept the same color for the actual text. Click on the color layer and go to Adjust - Add/Remove Noise. Add Noise. Gaussian - Monochrome - set to 30. Now go to Inner Bevel. Use the same settings you last used. Repeat for second Autumn text.
IPL, hide the white bg layer. Right click any other layer and merge visible. Go to Image and resize down to 95%. Unhide the white bg layer. Add a Raster Layer. Fill with the same paper or color you used for the three frame fills. Apply your mask. Layers - Merge Group.
Add correct copyright info. Merge all visible. Save.
For the name I used the font Scarlett Ribbons size 65 B. Stroke width = 1.5. Kerning = 10. Foreground color is black. Background color is feb947. (Optional)Apply the same inner bevel last used. Add a drop shadow.
I hope you enjoyed my tutorial and found it easy to follow.
