PDF.

BP_template123, HERE

One or two background papers of choice.
(You can use just one bg paper. Make one reduced in size at 50% and the other at 100% It gives a simular effect.)

-Optional-  Animation shop

Green and Black Glitter HERE

Font used is Planet Dust

Note: I wrote these instructions for the tubes and supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need/want to make adjustments.

IPL - refers to 'In  Palette Layers'.

Let's Begin
Open template in PSP. Duplicate and then delete the original. IPL, delete the info layer.

We'll start at the bottom, and work our way up. lol Click on the background circle.
Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with a background paper or color of choice. (I used a flower paper which I resized down to 50%.) Selections - Modify - Expand - by 1. Layers - New Raster Layer - Fill with black. Selections - Select none. IPL, delete the orginal bg circle layer. Move the flower layer above the black layer. Right click and merge down. Add a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 75. Blur = 6. Color is black.

///
IPL, locate the left large fill and move it to just above the right large fill. Right click and merge down. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill each side with a paper or color of choice. I used a matching paper to my first paper. This time I kept the size at 100%. Selections - Select None. IPL, delete the original fill images.

///
Create a gradient color using these two colors, foreground ef5aa7 and background f588bf. In the foreground under gradient tab, chose Style - Linear. Angle = 45. Repeats = 7.

IPL, locate the large left frame and move to just above the large right frame. Right click and merge down. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill each side with your pink gradient color. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 1. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with black. Selections - Select none.
IPL, delete the original frame layer. Move the pink frame layer above the black.
Still on the pink layer, Go to Effects - 3D effects - Inner Bevel. Settings: Bevel #2. Width = 10. Smoothness = 50. Depth = 2. Ambience and Shine = 0.
 IPL, Right click the pink and merge down with the black. Apply same drop shadow as last used.

///
IPL, right click the right grid and merge down with the left grid. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill each side with Black. IPL, delete the original grid. Right click the new black grid and duplicate. For me the original black filled grid layer is below the duplicate. So click the original, or bottom grid and apply the same drop shadow we've been using.

///
Click on the left ring. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with your pink gradient color. Selections - Select None.  IPL, delete the original ring layer. Apply the same Inner Bevel settings you just used. Now add a drop shadow.  H & V = 0. Opacity = 75. Blur = 4. Color is black. Repeat for the other two rings.

///
Make a new gradient color. Foreground is 486d5c and Background is 829a78. In the foreground palette, under the gradient tab, make the Style = Sunburst. Repeats = 3. Put check in Invert box.  Horizontal and Vertical are at 50.

Click on the left fill.  Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with your green gradient color. Selections - Select None.  IPL, delete the original fill layer. Repeat this for the other two fill layers.

///
Okay, we need to make one more gradient color. Foreground is 000000, and Background is 808080. Under the foreground gradient tab, Make the Style = Linear. Angle = 45. Repeats = 5.

Click the left frame.  Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with your Black gradient color. Selections - Modify - Expand - By 1. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with Black. Selections - Select None. IPL, delete the original left frame layer. Move the grandient layer above the black. Right click and merge down.

///
Before pasting your tube, you may want to resize and add a drop shadow. For my tube, I resized down to 50%. Drop shadow is H & V = 1. Opacity = 50. Blur = 6. Color is Black.

Use your magic wand and click inside the left frame. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 4. Paste your tube, as a new layer. Position it in the center of the frame. Selections - Invert. Delete. Selections - Select None. IPL, move the tube layer below the frame layer. Give the frame a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 75. Blur = 6. Color is black. Repeat for the other two frames.

///
If you are not going to do the animation, Merge all layer then go ahead and make your copyrights and add your name. Save.

///

For the name, I used the font Planet Dust, size 40. I used my pink gradient for the color. Position at the bottom center of tag. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1.
