Click on the frame fill layer. Select All. Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with the plaid paper, but first change scale to 100. Select none. IPL, delete original fill layer.

IPL, right click the circle layer and merge down with the square layer. Select All. Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with paper 1. Select none. Give same drop shadow used for the rectangle. IPL, delete original circle and square layers.

Click on leaf vine 1. Select all. Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with paper 4. Select None. Duplicate and merge down the two layers. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add noise. Check Uniform and Monochrome. Set noise to 10. Give a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 90. Blur = 3. IPL, delete original leaf1 layer.  Repeat for leaf vine 2.

Give a drop shadow to the regular frame, the swirly frame, text, and all 3 flower outlines. H & V = 1. Opacity = 90. Blur = 3. Color is  black.

It's gradient colors time. lol

In foreground color palette make it this color, ebf7db. Background color is 95c453. In foreground click gradient tab. Style is Sunburst. H & V = 50. Repeats = 0.

Click on the swirl frame fill. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster layer. Fill with green gradient. Select None. IPL, delete original fill layer.

Click on Flower 1 petals. Select All. Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with gradient color. Select none. Apply same noise effect used for leaf vines. IPL, delete original flower 1 petals layer.
Repeat for the other two flowers.  Flower 2 petals colors, foreground d9abd4 and background is ac62a6. For Flower 3 petal foreground color is ffddd3, and background color is fc7766.

Click on flower 1 center. (I chose to leave the center white, but you may want to add some color.) Paste, as a new layer, one of your tubes. Center face in the circle. Resize to your liking. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select none. (I chose not to give a drop shadow, but you may want to.) Repeat these steps for flower centers 2 and 3.

Paste, as a new layer, your main tube. Place it in front of the frame. Resize to your liking. Apply a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 60. Blur = 8. Color is black.

IPL, hide the white background layer. Right click any other layer and merge visible. Resize down to 90 %. Unhide the background layer. Paste, as a new layer, paper 4. IPL make sure it's above the white background layer. Apply your mask of choice.

For the name I used the font Miami Skyline size 36 bold. Kerning set at 30. Foreground color is black. Background color is fc7766. Rotate left by 90 degrees. Add drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 85. Blur = 6, Color is black. Position to the lower left of tag. (See my tag).
