#IPL = In Palette Layers

Let's Begin

Open template and supplies in PSP. Duplicate template and delete original. Place mask in mask folder.

Make a gradient color. Foreground color is efdcb2 . Background color is 918c55. In foreground click the gradient tab. Style is Sunburst. Repeats = 0.  Horizontal and Vertical = 50.
Click on circle 1. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with gradient. New Raster Layer. Fill with bg paper. Select none.
IPL, change the blend mode of the paper layer to soft light. Duplicate.  IPL, duplicate the gradient layer. Change the blend mode of the duplicate layer to multiply. Reduce opacity to 50.
Layers - View - None. IPL, unhide the gradient and paper layers and their duplicates. Right click one and merge visible.

Effects - Xenofex - Burnt Edges. Settings: Contract/Expand Selection = 0. Burn Width = 3.00. Roughness = 1. Burn color is 8b874b. Tic Make selection transparent. Overall Opacity = 75. Apply a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 75. Blur = 6. Color is black.

Click on the Elipse tool. Select circle. Line style is diamond. Size 4. Foreground color is 8b874b. Draw out a circle about a fourth smaller than circle1. (see my tag) Layers - Convert to Raster Layer. Center it on circle 1.
 Layers - View - All.

Open text box. Font is ErehwonRomanNF, size 26 Bold. Stroke width = 2.0. Leading = 693. Kerning = 80. Foreground and Background color is fbf9e5. With all caps, type out LEARN LIVE HOPE. (see my tag) Apply.
Edit - Copy - UnDo text. Paste as a new layer. Move the text to the center of the circle 1. Open text box again. Keep same font and settings, except for Size 18. Stroke width = 0.5. All lower case. Type out, from yesterday. Apply. Edit - Copy - Undo text. Paste as a new layer. Move this text below the LEARN text. Next do, for today, and then do, for tomorrow.
Layers - View - None. IPL, Unhide all the text layers. Right click one and merge visible. Layers - View - All.  Still on the text. Select All. Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, 8b874b. Select none. IPL, move the green layer below the cream layer. Click on the green layer, Adjust - soften. Duplicate. Right click and merge down. Apply a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 75. Blur = 6. Color is black.

Click on circle 2. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with floral paper. New Raster Layer. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 3. Fill with 8b874b. Select none. IPL, move green layer below floral. Stay on green layer.  Apply same Xenofex burnt edges that was used earlier, as well as the same drop shadow.

Click on the rectangle. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with stripe paper. New Raster Layer. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 3. Fill with 8b874b. Select none.  IPL, move green layer below stripe. Apply same Xenofex burnt edges that was used earlier, as well as the same drop shadow.

Create a new gradient color. Foreground f0e5c5 is, and Background is 59d91. In Foreground - gradient tab. Style is still sunburst. Repeats still 0. H & V still 50. Click on heart shape. Select All. Float - Defloat. New Raste layer. Fill with gradient color.
New Raster Layer. Selections - Modify - Expand - 3. Fill with e59d91. Select None. Apply the burnt edges effect to the pink layer. Make sure the burn color is e59d91. Give pink layer drop shadow.
Click the gradient layer. Go to Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel. Settings: Bevel #2. Width = 31. Smoothness = 10. Depth = 2. Ambience and shine = 0. With the pink color still in your foreground color, use the change to target brush set at 45 % opacity, and brush over the heart to deepen the color a bit.

Paste, as a new layer, your tube. I enhanced the color a bit, using filters unlimited color booster, but that's up to you. I resized down to 75 %. IPL, move the tube layer below the heart layer. Place the tube over the left edge of circle 1. (see my tag) Add a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 75. Blur = 6. Color is black.

Paste, as a new layer, the ribbon flower. Duplicate twice so you have three total. Position one behind the tube. The other two to the right side below circle 1 layer. (see my tag) Paste, as a new layer, the cream flower. Duplicate. Reduce the duplicate down to 70%. Place each to the right side of circle 1 in front of the pink ribbon flowers. (see my tag).

IPL, hide the white background layer. Right click any other layer and merge visible. Go to Image - Resize. Width = 550 pixels. Do not check resize all layers. Unhide white bg layer. New Raster Layer. Fill with 636036. Apply mask. Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

For the name, I used the font P22Corinthia, size 48 Italic. Stroke width = 0.5. Foreground color is 636036. Background color is f8f7ec. Rotate left 15 degrees and give it a drop shadow. Place in center of heart.

Add copyrights. Merge all layers. Save.
