This tutorial was created using PSP9. A working knowledge of PSP is assumed.
Supplies Needed
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of VeryMany,
which I purchased from PFD.
PlugIn Filter: Xero - Porcelain - Nostalgia and Cybia Screenworks - Light Gauze
My supplies (two masks, heart pendant chain, button) HERE
Font used is LainieDay SH
NOTE: This tutorial is written for the image and supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need to adjust some settings.
Let's Begin
Open my supplies. Install masks in your mask folder. Open heart chain and button in psp.

In PSP, open a new image size 600 x 600 and flood fill white. Create a new raster layer and fill with this color 62626c. Appy the mask BP_grunge1. Tick Source luminance, Fit to canvas, Hide all mask, and invert transparency. Layers - Merge Group.

Paste, as a new layer, the close up image. Keep it centered. Resize down to 85%. Go to Effects - PlugIns - Xero - Nastalgia. Use factory settings except for Balance. Make that 33. In palette layers, right click and duplicate. Click on the duplicate and go to Effects - Cybia Screenworks. Select Light gauze. Reduce oppacity to 70. In Palatte layers right click duplicate and merge down with original. Apply the mask BPgrungeheart. Keep same mask settings as before except change Fit to canvas to Fit to image. Layers - Merge Group. Resize down to 85%. Add a drop shadow. H = 3, V = 4. Opacity = 100. Blur = 4. Color is 676d79. Move slightly to the left of tag.

Paste, as a new layer, your main tube. Resize down to 50%. Resize again, this time down to 80%. Position slightly to the right of tag. In palette layers right click and duplicate. Go to Effects - Plugins - Xero - Porcelain. Settings: Softness = 50. Strength = 128. Brightness = 128. Red and Green channel = 0. Blue channel = 255. In palette layers right click the xero layer and duplicate. Click on the duplicate and to to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur = 4. Put blend mode at screen. Original xero layer change blend mode to soft light. Click on original tube layer and add a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 75. Blur = 6. Color is black.

Paste, as a new layer, the love chain. See my tag for placement. In palette layers right click and duplicate. Right click again and merge duplicate down to original. Add a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 100. Blur = 5.
Paste, as a new layer, the button. Resize down to 50%. In palette layers right click and duplicate. Put one button at each end of the chain. Rotate the bottom button 80 degrees left. Give each the same drop shadow last used.
Merge all layers visible.

Add correct copyright and save as png file.

For the name, I used the font, LainieDay SH size 60. Stroke width = 0.5. Both foreground and background color palette are this color, 181b2a. Give a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 100. Blur = 0. Color is cccccc. Add another drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 100. Blur = 6. Color is black. Rotate left at 10 degrees. Position at the top of tag slightly off center. See my tag.
