This tutorial is written for the supplies I used. If you are using something different you may need to adjust some settings.

IPL = In Palette Layers

Open supplies in PSP. Install masks as you normally do.

Let's Begin

In PSP open a new image size 600 x 600. Flood fill with white. New Raster Layer.
Click on the bg paper. Go to Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling. Put a tic in Corner, Bidirectional, and Linear. Go to Foreground color palette and click Pattern tab. Select the bg paper. Fill new raster layer. Apply the rnd_fade mask. Layers - Merge Group.

Paste, as a new layer, your tube. Maintain original size. My tube is size 539 x 532. If you are using a different tube you will want to resize it.
Effects - VM Natural - Ripper. Settings : Size = 84. Width = 74. Height = 167. Angle = 173. Depth - 124. Distortion = 2. Apply the WSL_mask35. Layers - Merge Group. Duplicate. Reduce duplicate opacity to 50%.

Paste, as a new layer, BPframe 2, and then frame 1. You want frame one as the top layer. Click on frame 2. Use your magic wand and click inside the frame. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 4. New Raster Layer. Fill with the bg paper. Do Not Select None.  IPL, move bg paper layer below the frame layer.
 Paste, as a new layer, the rose. Position it as you like. I made mine slightly off center. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select None.
Duplicate the rose. Click on the duplicate rose and go to Effects - PlugIns - Xero - Soft Mood. Keep default settings, except change the brightness to -20. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise. Add noise. Gaussian - Monochrome - 30. Click on the original rose layer and give it a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 75. Blur = 10. Color is black. Give frame 2 the same drop shadow.

Resize foreground color pattern down to 50. Click on frame 1. Use your magic wand to click inside the frame. Selections - Modify - Expand - by 4. New Raster Layer.  Fill with the bg paper. IPL, move bg paper below the frame layer. Do Not Select None. Paste, as a new layer, your close up tube. Resize down to 60%. Position to your liking. I placed mine slightly off to the right. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select none. Duplicate the tube. Give the duplicate layer the same Soft Mood effect you gave the rose. Reduce opacity to 50. Give the original tube layer the same drop shadow last used. Do the same with frame 1.

Paste, as a new layer, the pin. Rotate right by 10. Move to the far right of your tag. (see my tag) Give it the same drop shadow we've been using. Use you eraser tool set at 90 and erase some of the pin in the middle. Click your pen tool. Solid line, width 2. Foreground color, 1d4349. Draw out a small line the width of your pin and it's shadow. A line for each open end. Layers - Convert to Raster Layer. Adjust - Blur.

Paste, as a new layer, the heart shape. Position it at the left side of frame 2. (see my tag). Give it the same drop shadow.
