 BP_template101, HERE

bg mask of choice

Several different background papers, or just different colors from color palette.

Font is AKAppriqueBlack

Note: IPL refers to 'In Palette Layers'.
Let's Begin
Open template in psp. Type Shift and d to duplicate. Delete the original. IPL delete info layer.

Click the white background layer and then go to Layers - New  Raster layer. Flood fill with this color 5b7182. Apply mask.  Layers - Merge - Merge group. Resize down to 90%.
IPL right click the mask layer and duplicate. Click on the original mask layer. Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blue - set to 10. Reduce the opacity of this layer to 30. Reduce the copy layer to 40.

For all the stitch layers, I did not change the color. IPL, right click a stitch layer and duplicate. Right click again and merge down with original layer. Add a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 80. Blur = 4. Color is black. Repeat for all stitch layers.
Do this with the card trim as well.

Click on a flower. Selections - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with a paper or color of choice. Selections - Select none. IPL, delete the original flower layer. Go to Effects - 3D effects - Inner Bevel. Settings. Bevel  #2. Width = 31. Smoothness = 10. Debth = 1. Ambience = 1. Shine = 0. Angle = 315. Intensity = 50. Elevation = 30.
Apply a drop shadow. H & V = 0. Opacity = 50. Blur = 2. Color is black.
Repeat these steps for the other two flowers.

IPL right click the flower and merge down with the center. Apply a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 80. Blur = 6. Color is black.
Repeat these steps for the other two flower centers.

Click the heart.  Selections - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with a paper or color of choice. Selections - Select none. IPL, delete the original heart. Go to Effects - 3D effects - Inner Bevel. Settings. Bevel  #2. Width = 31. Smoothness = 20. Debth = 2. Ambience = 0. Shine = 0. Apply a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 80. Blur = 6. Click on your tube. If you are using the same tube as I am, resize down to 85%. Copy and paste, as a new layer. Center your tube inside the trim. Selections - Invert. Delete. Selections - Select None. IPL move the tube layer below the trim layer. Still IPL right click the tube and duplicate.

If you are using the same tube as I am, Click on the duplicate tube. Using your lasso tool, trace out the wings and delete. Apply the Inner Bevel  #2. Width = 31. Smoothness = 20. Debth = 5. Ambience = 0. Shine = 0. Apply a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 80. Blur = 8. Color is black.
