IPL = In Palette Layers

Let's Begin

Open template in psp.
I need a little more room at the bottom, so..
Go to Image - Canvas Size. Change the height and width setting to 750 pixels. Under placement, click the center arrow. You can resize your tag later.
Refill the background layer with white.

Create a new raster layer above the white background. Fill with a color from your tube. I used 291427. Apply the AR315 mask. Layers - Merge Group.

Open the scrap kit. Fill in each template layer with a paper or color of choice. Do this by clicking a layer, go to Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer.  Fill with a paper or color. Select None. Delete the template layer. Add a drop shadow of choice. (Save the lg diamond shape for last)

Click on the lg diamond shape. I used the purple paper with the scale set at 50, for my fill. Keep active. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - by 2. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, 503e7c. Go back to Selections - Modify - Contract - by 4. Paste, as a new layer, your tube's close up. I increased the size of mine to 150. Center it as you like it. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select None.
Go to your palette layers. Move the dark purple layer below the purple paper layer. Move the tube layer above the purple paper layer. Click on the tube layer. Use your magic wand and click out and away from the tube. Go to Selections - Modify - Feather. Set to 25. Click delete twice. Change the blend mode of the tube layer to Overlay.

Paste, as a new layer, the trellis. IPL, right click and duplicate. Move the duplicate about half way down the original. Erase or cut the top of the trellis. IPL, right click and merge down. Move the trellis to the left edge of your tag. IPL, move it below the diamond layer. Add a drop shadow.

Paste, as a new layer, the flower pin. Give it a drop shadow. Erase or cut out a portion of the top of the pin. Use your soften tool to soften the edges. Position to the lower half of the smaller diamond shape.
Paste, as a new image, the chain. Place it like it hanging from the middle of the pin. (see my tag)
Add a drop shadow.
Paste, as a new layer, the heart pendant. Increase the size to 150. Move it to the bottom of the chain and add a drop shadow.
Paste, as a new layer, the purple bow. Resize down to 50%. Put it just above the heart pendant. Add a drop shadow.

Paste, as a new layer, the dark green stitch. Give it a drop shadow. Move it to just above the strip layer. Duplicate and put it to the other side of the strip.
Paste, as a new layer, the dark green button. Resize down to 75%. Give it a drop shadow. Duplicate. Place one at each end of the strip.

Paste, as a new layer, the purple butterfly. Resize down to 65%. Add a drop shadow. Place at the top of the smaller diamond. Paste the white butterfly. Resize it and mirror. Place it near the purple butterfly.

Paste, as a new layer the hummingbird. Mirror. Resize down to 50%. Add a drop shadow. Place at the upper left of the trellis.

Paste, as a new layer, the kitten. Resize down to 65%. Add a drop shadow. Place at the lower right of your tag.

Paste, as a new layer, your main tube. Mirror. Give it a drop shadow. Place at the far left of tag.

Add copyrights and a name. Merge all layers and save.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it easy to follow.
