NOTE: This tutorial is written for the supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need to adjust some settings.

IPL = In Palette Layers

REMINDER: Be sure to delete the template layers once you've filled them.

LET'S BEGIN

Open template and supplies in PSP.
Duplicate the template and delete the original.
IPL, delete  the top 10 layers. Stop at the lace, you want to keep it.
Also delete the shadow layers, unless you just want to use them, Your choice.

Click on the white bg layer. Now Add a New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, 6a9166. Apply the mask se_bp02. Layers - Merge Group. Reduce opacity to about 60%.
I used my Raster Deform tool to lower or push down the top of the mask a bit.

Let's fill in the layers.

Click on the Swirly bg. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, f8f5e0. Give it a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 75. Blur = 4. Color is black.

Open your color palette and click the pattern tab. Select the leafy paper.

Now click on the swirly.
Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with the leafy paper from my supplies. Select none.

From the pattern tab select the lilac paper. Change the scale to 50.

Click on rectangle 3.
Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer.  Fill with the lilac paper. Select None. Give it the same drop shadow last used.

Click on rectangle 2 bg. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, f8f5e0. Give it the same drop shadow.

Make a purple gradient color.
In your foreground color make it, 7749a6. Background color, a082c7.
In your foreground, click the gradient tab. Settings: Style = Linear. Angle = 90. Repeats = 1.

Click on rectangle 2. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with your purple gradient. Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur. Set Radius to 10. Now go to Effects - Textures - Weave. Settings: Gap size = 2. Width = 10. Opacity = 1. Weave = white. Gap color is, f8f5e0. Check fill gaps.
 Select None.

I chose to leave rectangle 1's bg as black. Give it a drop shadow, same as before.

Click on rectangle 1. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with the leafy paper, keep the scale at 50%.

With the rectangle still active, paste, as a new layer, your tube. I increased the size to 200%. Center the face and position to the right side of the rectangle. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select None.
IPL, right click the tube layer and duplicate. Change the blend mode of the original tube layer to Luminance Legacy. Drop the opacity to 50. For the duplicate tube layer, change it's blend mode to multiply.

Click on the lace trim. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster layer. Fill with this color, f8f5e0. Select none. Give the same drop shadow you've been using.

Paste, as a new layer, your tube. I resized mine down to 60%. Give it the drop shadow. Position to the lower left of your tag.

I added a couple of moths to the upper right, and a few tiny flowers along the bottom, but you can add what ever elements you like.

If you are not going to animate, add copyright, name and merge visible. Save.

ANIMATION

Go ahead and add your copyright.

Using your magic wand, click inside rectangle 2. Make sure to avoid clicking on one of the tiny squares. Selections - Invert.
Plug In filters, Xenofez - Constellation. Settings: Star Size = 2.85. Size variation = 25. Edge Star Density = 30. Overall star density = 100. Overdrive = 100. Twinkle amount = 0. Check, Keep original image. Okay.
Select None. Right click tag and merge visible.

Open animation shop and past your tag as a new animation.

Go back to psp. Go to Edit - Undo copy merged. Undo select none. Undo constellation. Go back to Constellation and click Random Seed. Ok.
Select None. Right click tag and copy merge.

In animation shop, right click your tag and paste after current frame.

Repeat these steps one or two more times. You want 3 to 4 frames in your animation.
Once you have your frames, go up to View - Animation. If you are happy with the results, save your animation as a mng file for future use, or a gif if ready to use.

NAME

After making the name in psp, paste it in animation shop as a new animation. On the upper tool bar, or in the edit drop down, select Propagate paste. Right click your name and type Ctrl a,  Ctrl c.
Now right click the first frame of your tag and type Ctrl a,  Ctrl e. I positioned the name to the lower right of the tag. Save as a gif.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it easy to follow.
