ftu scrap kit, Go Boho HERE

mask-bghj HERE

Font used is Calamity Jane. HERE

NOTE: This tutorial is written for the materials I used. If you are using something different, you may need to adjust some settings.
I decided I really liked the elements I used for this tag, so I made a full scrap kit instead. I hope this doesn't mess up any of the instructions.

IPL = In Palette Layers

Reminder: Be sure to delete the template layers once you've filled them.

Let's Begin

Open template in PSP. Duplicate. Delete original.

IPL, delete the credit layer. Delete the four rectangles.
Go to Image - Canvas size. Make the Height and Width 650 pixals. Under placement, check the center square.

Click on the white background layer and refill it with white.

I like to start at the bottom and work up.
Click on the white background and add a new raster layer. Fill this layer with a color from your tube. I used 495144. Apply the mask-bghj. Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
If you prefer, use paper six. (I didn't have paper 6 when I originally wrote this tut.)

Click on the square. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, d7caad. Select none. Add a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 50. Blur = 4. Color is black.

Click on the dark grunge layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. In your color palette click the pattern tab. Select paper 1. Keep the angle at 0, and the scale at 100%. Now fill the dark grunge layer with this paper. Select None.

Click on the light grunge layer. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. In your color palette click the pattern tab. Select paper 2. Make the angle 160, and the scale set to 50. Fill the new layer. Select none.

Resize paper 3 down to 50%. Click on the fill layer of frame 2. Paste, as a new layer, paper 3. Center it as you like it. Selections - Invert. Delete. Select None.

Click on the frame 1 fill layer.  Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, 515b49. Now, paste, as a new layer, the tube close up. Increase the tube size to 150. Increase again, this time to 130. Center the face to your liking. I chose to show only half the face. Selections - Invert. Delete.

IPL, right click the tube and duplicate. Click the duplicate and go to Effects - Texture - Mosiac Glass.
Grid Settings - Number of columns and rows = 100.
Mosiac Settings - Glass curvature = 50. Edge curvature = 0. Grout width = 1. Grout diffusion = 19. Check Symmetric. Repeat the mosiac once more.
Change the blend mode to Soft Light.

I decided to leave both of the frames and the trim layers as is. I did duplicate the shadow layers a couple of times.

Give the curly and the dash lines a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 80. Blur = 2. Color is black.

Paste, as a new layer, the foot stool. Position below the diamond frame. Give it the same drop shadow used for the dash lines.

Paste, as a new layer, the main tube. Resize down to 90%. Give same shadow last used. Position tube so as to appear to be sitting on the stool. See my tag.

Paste, as a new layer, the purple flower. Position it behind the square frame. Same drop shadow.

Paste, as a new layer, the bead with tassel. Use same drop shadow. Position to the upper left of your tag. See my tag.

Paste, as a new layer, the elephant. Resize down to 80%. Position behind the foot stool and to the lower right of your tag.

Add copyrights and name. Merge all layers. Save
