IPL = In Palette Layers

# I used the same drop shadow on pretty much all my layers that called for a shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 50. Blur = 4. Color is Black.

* Remember to delete all template layers when you've filled them.

LET'S BEGIN

Open template 41 in PSP. Duplicate and then delete original. IPL, delete the credit layer and any shadow layers.

Paste, as a new layer, the beach paper from my supplies. IPL right click and duplicate 4 times. You want five altogether. Hide all four layers.

Click on the cream rectangle. Selections - Invert. Unhide one of the beach papers and click on it. Now delete. Select None. IPL, move the beach layer to just above the cream rectangle. Delete the cream rectangle and give the beach rectangle a drop shadow.
Repeat these steps with the R cream circle and the large green circle.

Click on the purple dot rectangle. Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert. Unhide another beach paper. Click on it and then delete. Select none. IPL, move the beach paper above the dot rectangle layer. Now delete the rectangle layer. Give beach dots a drop shadow.
Repeat these steps with the dot shape.

Click inside the L cream circle. New Raster layer. Fill with this color, ffffc0. Select none. Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - set to 10. Delete the cream circle.
Click inside the L orange circle. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, ffe12b. Select None. Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Set to 10. Delete the L orange circle.
Click inside the Purple circle. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, ffa005. Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Set to 4. Delete the purple circle.
Give each of the sun layers a bit of noise. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Noise. Gaussian - Monochrome - set to 5. IPL, right click the top sun layer and merge down. Right click and merge down again. You should have all three layers of the sun merged.

Make a green color gradient.
Foreground color is, 3eb059. Background color is, 7aff99. In the foreground color click the gradient tab. Settings: Style is linear. Angle = 45. Repeats = 3.

Click inside the green rectangle. Select All - Float - Defloat. New Raster Layer. Fill with the green gradient. Select none. Go to Effects - Texture - Blinds. Settings: Width = 4. Opacity = 50. Color is, 39a76a. Check Horizontal. Delete green rectangle. Give the white bg rectangle a drop shadow.
Repeat these steps for the sm green circle and white bg circle.

Repeat these steps for the R orange circle.

Click inside the the purple rectangle. New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, 1a70c5. Delete the purple rectangle and give the blue one a drop shadow.

Right click and copy the sun. Click inside the top strip. Paste, as a new layer, the sun. Resize down to 75%. Center sun over the top strip. Selections, Invert. Delete. Delete top strip. Give new strip a drop shadow.
Repeat these steps for the bottom strip. Except resize sun down to 60%. Move the bottom strip up to the top strip and overlay it just a pinch. See my tag.

Open your text box. Font is Lionelofparis, size 20. Stroke width = 1. Kerning = 0. Foreground color closed. Background color is, 1a70c5. Type out, Let's Hit The. Place it on the top strip, add a drop shadow.
Now change size to 24, and make foreground color same as background. Now type out BEACH! Give it a drop shadow and move it the the bottom strip. (see my tag.)

Paste, as a new layer, your tube. Resize to your liking. I resized mine down to 75%. Add a drop shadow. Place the tube in front of the beach rectangle. (see my tag)

Paste, as a new layer, the sandcastle. Place it to the lower right of tag. (see my tag)

Add the rest of the elements from my supplies, or add your own.

You should have one more beach paper hiding. Unhide it. Move it to the layer above the white background. Apply the WSLmask117. Layers - Merge Group.

For the name, I used font MaryHelen size 48 bold. Stroke width = 1. Kerning = 5. Foreground and background color is ac8530. After typing out your name, copy then delete it. Repaste as a new layer.
